In our research, we divided the sleep process in three parts: to sleep, sleep and dream and wake up. Because we could find very few scientific facts about sleeping and dreaming , we concentrated very soon on falling asleep and waking up. We found all kinds of alarm clocks and sleep aids. After the research we focused on the process of falling asleep. The reason for this was because in the field of waking up is already an abundance of gadgets and objects. Our target group are adults who can fall asleep poorly. That can affect everyone and the age or health status is not important. We want to try to free the user from the daily stress and gently guide him to sleep.
