To test our prototype of the pillow, we have searched different test users and performed an interview and tests with them. We recorded them on video and took photos and notes. We asked the tester to just talk whats in their mind. The feedback we have received is basically divided into two parts. Sound: The testers have all heard the engine noise and the mechanical movement. Often, they compound the noise to a ship which moves slowly in the water. Some attendees got reminded to snore wile hearing the noise. Since the noise is relatively quiet, the test users were not perceived it as very disturbing. Movement: After all users have first viewed the pillow and its movement from the outside, most expect that the head is raised by the movement. Since this is not proved to be correct, most of the testers were surprised at first. The slight pressure on the side of the head which was pressed was  perceived as very pleasant, calming, relaxing and soothing. A raise of the head was not missing anymore for our test users.
